Functional Fitness

Our Functional Fitness class combines a mixture of Strength training, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Skill acquisition, Steady State and Metabolic Conditioning. Each class has a particular focus and will finish with a high intensity workout designed to get you fit in a functional way that will transfer into your daily life. It’s a great, fun class inclusive to all levels of fitness.
